INTRODUCTION:
well its very simple we are in the business
of producing the very best results in our
drive to produce Champions. DEVELOPMENT:
all Athletes are
assessed in terms of technique, skill level,
fitness, concentration levels, metal skills
and organisation skills. Gathering this
information enables N-GAGE to put together
a well-planned and specific development
plan to ensure the Athlete gets maximum
impact from their training. FITNESS:
nothing is let to
chance here we only use the very best Sports
Scientists the same people who prepared
Olympians like Emir Khan the teenage boxer
who won a silver Medal at the last Games.
Fitness testing happens every 8-12 weeks.
Every Athlete has their own specific fitness
prescription for aerobic & strength
conditioning. This element of our strategy
helps N-GAGE monitor and maximise fitness
levels eliminating over training and more
importantly we can now ensure the Athlete
is at his /her peak for competition.
NUTRITION:
N-GAGE only use Optimum
Nutrition prescriptions the same used by
World Champions and the very best Athletes
on the Planet. Each Athlete has their own
plan to ensure they have the right fuel
at the right time. It is very important
to note that N-GAGE puts a huge focus on
this area especially recovery foods.
TRAINING:
N-GAGE pioneers advanced
on bike training techniques and pride themselves
in being the UK’s Premier Coaching
& Athlete Support Team. The results
that are currently being achieved are staggering.
Our techniques are designed to push the
Athlete to the extreme Mentally, physically,
and then some more. It’s not for the
faint hearted. A mixture of Drill work,
Speed work, Track work and Tech work are
always adopted. Once the Athlete has been
Training the track almost looks easy or
even a chance for a rest!
COACHING:
N-GAGE is very unique
here as the Athlete’s every move every
action is analysis and broken down, having
the ability to do this gives the Athlete
tools for improvement other Coaches can
only dream of giving. N-GAGE’S communication
skills are second to none and big improvements
will be made in all areas byway of short
verbal instructions. N-GAGE Coaches at the
highest level and have all the necessary
skills to ensure Athletes get the very best
Instruction, demonstrations, Planning, Sports
Psychology, discipline, fitness planning,
nutrition planning etc. SPORTS
PSYCHOLOGY: N-GAGE
has the ability to make Athletes believe
they can and will achieve better results,
This done by getting very close to the Athlete,
from this we can structure a mental training
plan to help get rid of fears, improve concentration
levels and boost confidence. Being in the
N-GAGE camp alone raise’s everyone
game, the environment is very positive,
professional, Serious and its protocol is

to gain and then keep Sponsors. This is
